  • We’ll notify you when your box is ready to pick up. Usually the last week of each month. Stop by at our convenient location at Pepper Place during our hours of operation.

  • Subscribers may cancel anytime once the committed time period has passed, with one month's notice. Subscribers may pause their subscription at any time, with one month's notice.

  • Subscription boxes will be available to pick up or will ship out (should you choose that service), the last week of every month. You will receive an email notifying you that your box is ready, at which time the Credit Card on file will be charged.

  • We have a couple of ways to gift a membership! You can visit our shop page and select a gift card for whatever value you are comfortable with starting at $50. The recipient of the gift card can apply it to any purchase or a monthly wine subscription.
    You can also gift a monthly membership that can be canceled at any time. Visit our Wine Club page and select the membership you would like to gift and how many months you would like to subscribe for, then follow these steps.
    1) During the checkout process, add the shipping address and contact information of the recipient.
    2) Make sure to add your billing information for the monthly renewal.
    3) Once the subscription period expires, it will automatically be canceled. The recipient will be notified and will be given the option to continue the subscription at their own expense.
